This is not what I wanted

Well, Second Semester is off to an absolutely fantastic start. Two papers in the same weekend, as well as a commentary, a presentation to prepare, and myriad other assignments which all need to be done by tuesday. This is a rather awful way to start out the end of my high school career, but at least the end is in sight. This weekend is a lost cause—oh yes, and happy Valentine’s Day—but I’m looking forward to everything being done. Today is « write papers like a madman » day, then tomorrow is « do all the bloody homework I haven’t done yet » day, and then I hand in much of the homework on tuesday, opening up the field for new homework for the rest of the week. Luckily, everything is done by next monday or so, except for the presentation. That is a massive source of aggravation until whenever I present … we don’t even have dates for that yet.

The presentation is my Theory of Knowledge formal presentation, and for all we’ve been told little bits about it, we don’t know all that much. Which is just wonderful, given how much of our grade depends on it. At least I’ve got a firm idea in mind of what I’m doing and how I’m doing it. Once my presentation’s ready, I’ll post the PDF of it on here (I’m preparing it with LaTeX and Beamer, so it works out brilliantly for any sort of presentation system.)

In closing, there’s only 70 some days of school left. I cannot wait to be done.
